Support Groups

Due to Covid-19 and in order to do our part in the efforts to flatten the curve and impact of this virus, we have made the decision to close the operations of all our in person support group meetings until further notice. We know that you understand how the health of our lupus friends is paramount, so while we apologize for this inconvenience, we know it is the right thing to do at this time. In the meantime, we encourage you to access our Lupus Howse Foundation YouTube that provides a variety of past support group topics for your viewing. We also encourage you to follow us a long on our social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, for virtual LIVE support group announcements and join our text list by sending your full name and LUPUS to 909.802.6930. During this time we will continue to have lupus support, awareness, and information available via social media, email, text, and/or phone calls. Please don't hesitate to reach out should you need some support. Whenever our time comes to start up again, we will make sure we have done everything to ensure we are ready for your return.

Virtual Support Group

Join us the second Saturday of every month at 11:30 am.

Unless otherwise noted on our Facebook events page.

What happens at our support groups?

Our Support groups are the direct connection to the lupus community! We provide resources and direct support that is needed. We meet monthly and our meetings range in topics from skincare, disability, and alternative treatments. One of our main focuses is healthy alternative and organic lifestyle changes. There is so much more to what we have to offer!

What makes Howse Foundation different is the experience, the real life living with lupus experiences that you just don't get unless you actually have lupus. We are experienced and have facilitator training from organizations like Lupus LA, and Lupus Foundation of America. But more importantly are the actual life's trials that train us to share and inspire so many.

Our greatest hope? A cure. If it doesn’t happen we hope w healthy lifestyle advice and/or medications w out side effects we can assist lupus patients live better.”
